Lol Capitulo 4
Hoy me gustaría recomendar un western muy especial para mí, una película extraña y brillante, por la cual desde que muy pequeño siento devoción. Es un western, pero también una gran película de aventuras, de acción y de entretenimiento. Probablemente con el final más espectacular de la historia del western, un final grandioso para cerrar una gran película. El director de este film es el interesante J. Lee Thompson, un director que comenzó mejor que terminó su carrera, pero que a mí me gusta especialmente desde su primera época: "La India en llamas" (1959), "Los cañones de Navarone" (1961), Taras Bulba (1962) y "El cabo del terror" (1962). Para terminar con trabajos para lucimiento de la estrella de la Cannon el gran Charles Bronson, trabajos de un artesano que se sabía lo que se hacía: "Al filo de la medianoche" (1983), "La ley de Murphy" (1986), Mensajero de la muerte (1988) y "Kinjite: Prohibido en Occidente" (1989). J. Lee Thompson da instrucciones a Gregory Peck Otro de los aciertos de la película es el excelente reparto de la película, como bueno uno de los mejores actores del séptimo arte; Gregory Peck, nadie hacia de bueno como él, como villano un excelente secundario del cine; Omar Sharif.

Percy Jackson (Logan Lerman) e' un adolescente dislessico, affetto da una sindrome da deficit di attenzione, che sta per essere espulso da scuola. Quando scopre di essere il figlio del dio greco Poseidone (Kevin McKidd), si trasferisce insieme alle divinita' dell'Olimpo in cima all'Empire State Building, il grattacielo piu' famoso di New York. Per giunta Zeus accusa Percy di avergli sottratto il suo famoso fulmine. Per dimostrare la sua innocenza, Percy cerchera' il fulmine in ogni parte del globo, con la collaborazione dei suoi due amici Annabeth (Alexandra Daddario) e Grover (Brandon T. Jackson). Molti volti noti si prestano per piccole parti: magnifica Rosario Dawson e irresistibile Uma Thurman, Medusa che chiede di essere guardata. I thought this film looked very funny. These days, I have a pretty low expectation for this type of film. Still, my expectations were too high. The teacher whose name was Lynn would never survive in middle school. She might in a kindergarten. Diaz's character was too over the top horrible. There was NOTHING likable about her. As a result, I could not connect at all. The gym teacher, Russell, was the only likable character in the entire film. He did not have enough camera time.
