I totally cut out Radagast (and his stupid CGI rabbits), and the White Council scene seemed out of place (there's no evidence anyone had advance notice of Gandalf's arrival, or that he had important information to share). So in order to introduce the Necromancer character I cobbled together a scene between Galadriel and Gandalf with some new dialog spliced in. There's also some of Beorn's conversation with Gandalf.
